Layout and Card Challenge!!

Michelle over at Page in Time posted a challenge to make a layout and then a card with our scraps. This is what I can up with. The yummy cupcake paper is DCWV. It's a fun one to use on a party page!

Other: Stampin' Up! Eyelet Border Punch and Stickles
